Hana is the VP of Legal at Humu where she oversees all legal matters. With a focus on offering practical and strategic legal guidance, Hana supports Humu's mission to improve workplace experiences for all. Hana's legal expertise is rooted in a diverse legal background, encompassing roles at leading technology companies as well as multinational and boutique law firms. Prior to joining Humu, Hana served as a Senior Commercial Counsel at Zoom, where she played a key role in closing significant commercial transactions. Hana also held the position of Corporate Counsel at Synopsys where she delivered effective advice on complex legal issues, particularly in the fields of commercial and privacy law.
Hana holds a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and a B.A. in Psychology from Wellesley College. In her spare time, Hana enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends and exploring new restaurants.
